You have 30 days after delivery to return items purchased directly from layerluxe.co.uk for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Shipping will only be refunded if we’ve made an error (e.g., sent the wrong item)
We can’t accept returns for:

Items returned after 30 days

Products that have been used, installed, or modified

Missing or damaged items due to improper handling

Need to swap something? No problem.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Opened items can be exchanged for the same product only (e.g., in the event of a defect).
Exchanges not accepted for:
